Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest mission in this world. You will either have to use a separate server or your computer, or make use of some third–party tool. We offer a considerably easier alternative with our Managed Services package. We’ll create a full backup of your virtual server every week, so you never have to worry about losing key information. Plus, we can retrieve a backup really fast. All our backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Plan, you have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your server. Still, certain scripts are more difficult to run and might require some extra setup from you. This is where our Managed Services solution can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting duties – this means that you can basically employ one of our professional server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software program whatsoever that you want. And/or have him resolve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an add–on for the KVM VPS Plans.
