Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re too busy working on your web site or developing your web applications, you barely have time to keep an eye on what is going on with the Virtual Private Server – whether it is under stress or whether all the processes are running the way you expect them to. With our Managed Services deal, we’ll do this for you. Your VPS will be included in a custom–developed monitoring system and every time there is a trace of a problem, our system administrators will be informed momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your data is compulsory – you never know when something could go wrong. And having ordered our Managed Services offer, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies are always stored on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. However, a part of the scripts are harder to install and may require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Services deal can help you out. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving operations – in other words you’ll be able to basically hire one of our knowledgeable server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software whatsoever that you want. Or have him take care of an issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
